This is like a bad marriage

I have half jokingly said over the last year, that I consider my addiction to wrestling like a relationship.
I talk about the company TNA (Total Non-Stop Action ) as if it were my boyfriend {idea taken from Sex and the City season 5, episode Anchor's Away where Carrie reflects on her love for New York } and I'm really pissed off that I am no longer being heard.
I'm not the only fan who's pissed with the changes that have been made in the last 5 months. It's written all over the fan sites and comment boards on the Spike website. Everyone is have a bad case of DeJa Vu. all referring to the death of WCW a decade ago and seeing everything playing out again in TNA.
They keep saying that (they being the press agents) the TNA board members listen to the fans, that they take their advice online. That's bullshit. I know they did in the past, but they haven't in the last 5 months. In fact, they have gone against everything we the fans have been screaming for.
I have joked more then once, about how TNA is sleeping on the sofa as far as I am concerned, but to be honest, I'm just fed up. I started watching like everyone else that first night on Spike nearly 5 years ago, because it was a new version of wrestling. Something we hadn't seen in almost 30 years. Just straight up wrestling no gimmicks no filler.
I continued because of Alex Shelley.
It's gotten to the point where not even he's keeping my attention during the show anymore. And it's not because of him, it's because of the story lines they are dropping him into. The matches are crap now, just thrown together to give everyone air time, but have no heat, no backbone.
I say this is like a bad marriage cause it is, and I'm the silly stupid housewife who is still hanging on hoping things will improve once the trash is taken out.
