For anyone who is watching for a note on how mom's surgery went yesterday, it went well. She was suppose to have had it done yesterday at 8:00am but it got pushed until after 1pm. The doctor had decided after a year of x-rays and stuff to do a Lumpectomy.
I spent last night at her place again because the doctor's were afraid there might be side effects. (so all last nights and today's blog posts on here were scheduled yesterday morning)
Today, I was part of a test group for a new team called "Whispering Souls". Given I was the youngest in the test group, I got the role of representing the "youth" core they want to present this to. Yeah, me a youth at 36, doesn't really fit. Less of course they were going on my high level of not comprehending stuff; in which case I fit right in. Half of what they were trying to talk about went over my head.
Then spent the evening at a Meditation class for beginners. The lady on the yoga mat next to me on my left was snoring her head off, while the lady to the right of me was rolling around on her yoga mat as if she were a two year old. Needless to say, I did not get much out of the event.
Top off a long day coming off an even longer one and I find out there is no MMG Spike blog again this week. Dude, that's two full weeks since Mr. Sabin and Mr. Shelley posted. don't you boys ever write them ahead of time and set them on timer?
And now we head into the long weekend here in Canada as it's Thanksgiving weekend.
