banished from Mansfield Park?

I had a book dork emergency, I was out of coffee and had to go to the grocery. Standing in the slowest checkout, I swear they see me coming now and shove the trainees into the nearest checkout. Anyways, it's only been like two days since I was out last and they've taken out the last four checkstands and replaced them with four of those self serve ones. This is suppose to be the express checkout now.
You know what, not one single person was using them. People were standing in lines that went into the middle of the flower shop and bakery because they wanted a proper checkout person. What does that tell you?
Thunder Bay is just not a self serve city. Just isn't.
